Welcome to BeFamoos, your personal AI-powered photo studio. By using our app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Legal information

BeFamoos is operated by BeFamoos SAS, a company registered in France.

2. Purpose of the app

BeFamoos allows you to:

  • Upload personal photos

  • Train a custom AI model

  • Generate realistic, themed images (e.g., portraits, photobooks)

  • Create content from text prompts or reference images

  • View and download your previously generated content

  • (Coming soon) Generate AI-based videos

3. Account and eligibility

To use BeFamoos, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during sign-up

  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate use.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting contact@befamoos.com. An in-app account deletion option will be provided in a future version.

4. Subscriptions and payments

BeFamoos offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

Pro Subscription :

  • Pro Subscription - Monthly plan: $14.99/month

  • Pro Subscription - Yearly plan: $119.99/year

Subscriptions unlock premium features such as:

  • 3000 Monthly credit packs for image generation and model training

  • Access to premium themes

  • Enhanced generation speed

Auto-renewal terms:

  • Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

5. One-time purchases (credits)

You may also purchase credit packs as one-time purchases:

  • Available in multiple sizes (e.g., 1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 credits)

  • Used for generating AI images, photobooks, or training models

  • Credits do not expire but are non-refundable once used

  • These purchases do not auto-renew

All purchases are processed securely through your Apple ID account.

6. Intellectual property

All content, source code, and technologies in the app are the property of BeFamoos SAS.

You retain ownership of:

  • The personal photos you upload

  • The AI-generated outputs produced from your model

BeFamoos does not claim ownership of your personal content and does not reuse or sell your data.

7. Personal data & privacy

We only collect the data strictly necessary to operate the service:

  • Name (optional)

  • Email address

  • Uploaded photos

  • User ID

  • Device ID

We do not collect sensitive or biometric data.

Your data is:

  • Used only to provide the app’s core functionalities

  • Never sold or shared with third parties for advertising

  • Processed securely in accordance with the Privacy Policy

8. Prohibited uses

You may not:

  • Upload images of other individuals without consent

  • Generate content that is illegal, violent, hateful, defamatory, or explicit

  • Misuse or reverse-engineer the technologies used in the app

Violations may result in account termination and legal action if applicable.

9. Limitation of liability

BeFamoos is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy.

We are not liable for:

  • Unexpected results generated by the AI

  • Content created and used outside the app

  • Loss of data resulting from account deletion or user error

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the app’s services within the past 12 months.

10. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, technical, or service changes.

If we make significant changes, you will be notified via email or within the app.

Your continued use of BeFamoos after such changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.

In case of dispute, only the courts of Paris, France shall have jurisdiction.
